Lead-II
EKG trainer — accounts, payments, progresslead-ii.com
Two people who design and build websites by hand. No templates, no page builders, nothing you'll need to rebuild in two years.
Five sites shipped so far. These three were designed and built end to end by the same two people. Drag the row — it throws.

The order matters, so the numbers are real. You know the price before stage two, and you own everything after stage four.
One call and one question: what is this site actually for? We come back with a one-page brief, a scope, and a fixed price. If we're not the right studio for it, we say so here.
Two directions, using your real content — no lorem ipsum, no stock photography standing in for the thing you sell. We move into the browser early, so you're judging the actual site rather than a picture of one.
Hand-written frontend, a CMS your team can actually use, tested on real devices and real connections. You get a staging link on day one of the build and watch it fill in.
We launch, watch the first week closely, and sit with your team while they publish their first few pages. Then it's yours — code, design files, domains, accounts, all of it, permanently.
After that there's one recurring cost: upkeep, $150 to $500 a year depending on the site. It covers maintenance and the third-party plugin licences your site runs on. It's not a lock-in — you own the files whether or not you take it — but a site with paid plugins in it needs somebody paying for them, and we'd rather that be a line item you agreed to than a surprise in month four.
We'd rather do a short list well than list twenty services we'd have to subcontract.
webCorner is Jad and Sam. The people you meet on the first call are the people who draw the pages and write the code — there's no account layer, and nothing gets passed to a team you've never spoken to.
Projects run from $200 to $5k depending on what the site actually has to do, plus $150 to $500 a year for upkeep and plugin licences once it's live. We'll tell you both numbers before you commit to anything. Being two people means we can spend a week on a single interaction when that interaction is the reason someone remembers the site.
Two or three sentences is plenty to start. We answer every message within two working days, including the ones we have to turn down.
